About
Strategy, technology and people belong in the same conversation.

Oslo · Working internationally
Aline Souza has spent 14 years working across technology, data and business transformation.
Her work sits between functions that often struggle to understand one another: business and technology, strategy and execution, innovation and governance.
She helps leaders navigate this intersection — moving beyond AI experimentation toward clear decisions about value, accountability and transformation.
Her approach is human-centred but not technology-averse: AI creates sustainable value only when organisations define why it is built, who is responsible, and how it should operate.
She is also the creator and host of Coffee with Data, and speaks on AI, data and responsible innovation across the Nordics and Europe.
Principles
How Aline approaches the work.
01
Intentionality before fascination
The question is not only what AI can do, but what should be built, why and for whom.
02
Accountability before autonomy
Every intelligent system needs clearly defined human ownership, authority and escalation.
03
Business value before technology theatre
AI initiatives should be connected to meaningful organisational outcomes.
04
Governance by design
Trust, monitoring and intervention must be built into systems from the beginning.
05
People are part of the architecture
Adoption, judgement and organisational maturity are not secondary concerns.
06
Clarity creates movement
Complexity must be translated into decisions, structures and action.
